I had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The rooms were very cool and included a good shower, TV, and safe. The service, especially from Franziska at the front office, was exceptionally helpful, although they were not able to resolve my wifi issues. The location was excellent, within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants in Kempten. The dining experience was lovely and plentiful, although not as nice as expected for this category of hotel.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was ideal, right in the heart of Kempten with easy access to all the shops, restaurants, and cafes.
